Your practices live inside the Win Within app. Here's how to get to them and all the info is also in your confirmation email, which is on its way to your inbox — it includes everything you need to get started.

1️⃣ Check your inbox. Two emails are on their way to the address you just used — a welcome note from me, and one from the Win Within app with the subject "Welcome! Access your account." Give them a couple of minutes.
2️⃣ Click "Confirm my email" in the app's email. You'll set up a short profile, and The Inner Warm Up will be waiting in the Learn section.
3️⃣ Then set your own password — Profile → Settings → Change password → Save. One-time step, and after that you can log in from anywhere.
Everything is spelled out in my welcome email, so you don't need to remember any of this now.
